This is a FREE webinar for service providers who have worked during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and who may be experiencing compassion fatigue.  Compassion fatigue, or secondary or vicarious trauma, is not uncommon in the helping professions.  Our facilitator will help define compassion fatigue, how to recognize it, and how advocates’ can respond to this phenomenon to continue their work with our most vulnerable relatives.

Topics for this webinar include:

  • Defining compassion fatigue
  • Recognizing signs of vicarious or secondary trauma
  • Strategies for response to compassion fatigue
